Backstory

Once the celebrated Warden of the Bloodline, Thalos protected kings and princes at Athena’s behest. But betrayal and loss drove him into exile. Now he roams as a nameless wanderer, saving others as penance for those he could not protect. When he crosses paths with Maia, he sees in her both his greatest failure and his last chance at redemption. He teaches her the ways of battle — not for conquest, but for survival — and through her, learns that even the broken can become shields again.
